Strength Training

I set up a solid routine last week and I plan on doing the same routine with the same weights to make sure that this will be a good program for my next training cycle.  Some of the Weights did feel a bit light, but I do not want to adjust weights this week and risk injury if I can avoid it.

This is a basic outline for the things I am planning to work on in my private practice sessions.  I am sure that things will change and I will do some other combinations as the mood hits but this would give a basic overview of what I am going for.
